Rainbow Riders Objectives

1. To deliver an innovative horse therapy and farm environment program in Geelong that acknowledges individuality and promotes personal success.

2. To provide and maintain a safe and healthy farm environment.

3. To ensure an enjoyable , accepting and nurturing environment in which all feel safe and valued.

4. To build social, emotional and physical abilities of our young people to enable them to make positive life choices.

5. To partner successfully with young people, families, local community, agencies and other organisations to achieve our mission.

6. To demonstrate program outcomes and evaluate the impact of our work to inform our program excellence.
